A Letter from the Eldre’lune
Letters sealed with lilac wax and black thread arrive via temple messenger owl to the Silversworn across Azeroth.
I hope the transition from fall to winter has been kind to you all. These past few months have been particularly strenuous on our order. Following the ordeal with the Courts of Suramar City and the spirit, Shin'anath- we’ve long since earned our share of rest. I implore each of you to take time to rest during Norothil and celebrate the holiday alongside loved ones.
Our most sacred holiday, Illthanyn will be hosted in Grizzly Hills this year. We will start our pilgrimage in Amberpine Lodge then make our way along the intended path to Frostblade Peak. There the Priestess Trinity will perform the sacred cleansing ritual for all those willing.
Lessons from all paths are set to be hosted this month. Please refer to the path leader of whose lesson you are most interested in for more details, such as location and theme of the lesson.
Ande ash il’vorah, ande ash il’ethu,
Norothil (December)The month of Norothil marks the beginning of the winter season and the rebirth of the sky. It is during this time, commonly called the dark month or the moonless month, that the sky becomes pregnant with clouds and sheds its annual light. Traditionally, kaldorei make sacrificial offerings to Elune and hang dreamcatchers over their beds to ward against misfortune for the coming year.
This month, the Silver Circle will be focused on recuperation and lighter adventures. Lessons for each path are to be hosted by the path leaders. As well as a casual event for walk up RP and the Holiday, Illthanyn.
Important Notice: We strongly encourage members to unlock the Nightborne Allied race for the campaign that will be featured next month, January 2022. Those of you who have yet to unlock the Allied race, please refer to this simplified guide for the steps required to unlock it.
Those who are interested in joining Silver Circle for roleplay, to get to know us or to potentially join in the near future, we strongly encourage you to make use of our Introduction Prompts. Information regarding our recruitment process can be found here! If you are interested in attending one or more of our events, please check our event calendar to see what roleplay we have in store!
[Update] Council Glade Variations
Beginning this month, with the start of the Winter season, we will be rolling out some minor changes to our Council Glade gatherings that will make them align more closely with each of the four paths. Council Glades held in the Winter months will be aligned with the Path of the Moon, Spring will be aligned with the Path of the Wild, Summer will be aligned with the Path of the Hunt, and Autumn will be aligned with the Path of War. This does not mean the meetings will be exclusive to each path, rather, as the seasons change, the Council Glade gatherings will be hosted by those respective path leaders and may carry additional elements related to those paths.
As a reminder for all members and affiliates using our chat channels in and/or out of game, please be mindful of spoilers even as new content is released. Out of an abundance of caution, we ask that spoilers remain confined to the #spoilers channel in our Discord server as new content unlocks and future content is datamined, as well as to exercise caution about spoiling content for others who don't want to see it yet, or wish to fully experience it themselves.
⚠️ Important: Please do not leak spoilers in roleplay during guild events. The big IC reveals about Shadowlands will be a slow-burn until otherwise revealed during Council Glade or other guild events.
Path Updates 2021
We are still in the process of working with an artist at Paizo to update our Path Trees, and the anticipated end date of the project is currently December 15, 2021. After the art is complete, the lengthy process of constructing the images for interactive HTML5 will be underway.
In the meantime, please keep an eye out for the installation of the new paths and their updated tasks, laws, and 'ranks'. If anyone has questions regarding the paths, please do not hesitate to reach out to the leader of that path, or contact another available officer.
Silver Circle still stands in solidarity with the workers of Activision Blizzard King (ABK), and support their remaining demands for a better ABK. We will continue to post this reminder until all of the ABK employee demands acknowledged and met. To support #EndAbuseInGaming, Silver Circle will feature the following charities each month in our news post to continue to raise awareness and encourage folks to continue supporting positive change.

Girls Who Code
