Tyrinell
Hello everyone! I've been creeping around for quite a bit over the past few months with either Cynnus or Tyrinell, figured I may as well make a proper introduction here!

Touch of Elune
OOC: What about the kaldorei inspires you, and what is your favorite thing about them?
It's hard to pick just one thing, but honestly I think I'd go with the general idea of their personality as a species. They have this fun juxtaposition where they are one half patience-only-someone-who's-lived-a-thousand-years-can-know, right up against the other half of perpetually-tired-of-your-nonsense. And I love that about them.

IC: What memory has the most impact on your character's life, and does it drive them today?
It feels a bit like cheating to use this, but... well it was very impactful. Ty lost everything in the War of Thorns. Not just her home and her belongings. Her husband didn't make it out either. A year later, it still haunts her, and has been a key factor in her decision to take a more active role in the war.

Quickness
OOC: Describe your dream job or the hobbies you most enjoy and why.
Funny enough, my dream job is exactly what I'm currently doing! My wife is a professional propmaker and cosplayer, so a large chunk of my day is spent supporting her business. We travel all over the country to comic cons, showcasing her work, offering classes to newbie cosplayers just starting to learn, and her props have been shipped all over the world at this point. (If you can't tell, I'm super proud of her, she's doing awesome :D )

IC: What skills can your character teach and do they have any hidden talents?
Ty is skilled at mounted combat, particularly with archery, and can teach people how to ride a hippogryph. Outside of combat skills, Ty is a true survivalist, well equipped for living off the land. While it might take some coaxing, some might be able to get her to play her flute.

Nature Resistance
OOC: What personal strengths and weaknesses do you want to develop as a writer?
The big one I am working on right now is the ability to tell consistently engaging storylines on a grand scale. The sort of things that encompass a large number of people all having to interact with the story in different ways (some investigating, others defending, etc). I struggle sometimes with bringing certain plot elements forward to give people hooks to react to, as I don't want to be a bother, and that's something I want to overcome.

IC: Name one thing you love about your character, and one thing you'd like to improve for them.
I love... her transmog, honestly. It's the perfect mix between "generic" and "unique" for me, and I'm really happy with it. I also love being able to play off the whole 'stern mount trainer' vibe, which has been a lot of fun. I'd like to improve her ability to connect with others though. I feel like I may have made her a touch too standoffish so far, and need to reign that in some. She's a new concept, still working out the bugs.

Wisp Spirit
OOC: Describe your hopes and expectations for your ideal roleplay community.
One that is active, low maintenance, and welcoming to new folks. Specifically one that has developed to easily let people play ideas off of each other as we all construct a living, breathing story together. To get a bit mushy, one a bit like you guys. (D'awwwwww)

IC: Is your character spiritual, and what made them that way?
She is a devout follower of Elune, yes. With the loss of everything she had, her faith was the thing she clung to hardest this past year, and has recently undergone the ritual of the Night Warrior, sacrificing deeply to let herself become an extension of Elune's wrath.

Shadowmeld
OOC: Are you an introvert or extrovert, and what does your ideal get together consist of?
I am most definitely an introvert in the real world. I'm the sort of person who prefers small gatherings (under 10 people) who are close friends with meaningful connections. But I've also learned how to "flip the switch" and pretend to be an extrovert when called for - it's especially useful at comic cons where I'm going to meet over 200 people throughout the day!

IC: Does your character like going on adventures or would they prefer to stay home and relax, why?
Ty very much prefers action and adventure, and gets a bit anxious when she's required to relax. It is a big part of why she enjoys her work training mounts - no matter how quiet things might get, there's always some new lesson to teach her feathered friends, and it keeps her busy.

Hello Tyri! Glad that you took your time to write up this introduction.

I wanted to touch on one of your answers, the one for her IC Nature spirit!;

As I'm sure you know, a lot of the details and rough edges get worked over during actual RP! Concepts are refined and characters are developed, and I'm sure that Tyri would be able to grow more as she starts to interact with other characters. The Circle characters are very welcoming, and we always incentive engagement, be either during more 'serious' events, or just casual fun-having around Lightsong or other places. I've found myself that the more you put your character out there, and the more you push her off her conceptual comfort zone, the faster she'll bloom in a fully fledged character.
